Premium Support Blocks

What is a Support Block?

Premium Support is provided in what we term support blocks or half-hour support blocks. A support block is up to 30 minutes of support time.

If the support provided requires 20 minutes, one support block will be used. If support provided requires 45 minutes, two support blocks will be used.

Can I batch smaller support items together in one support block?

Yes! If you have two quick changes to your application, it’s easier for us to make them at the same time than at two separate times. We want you to realize that efficiency as well. So by batching, you could save!
